Capturing Your Baby’s First Year

Milestone portraits are a beautiful way to document your baby’s incredible first year. As your little one grows, you’ll want to celebrate and preserve every big moment.

All sessions include a design consultation so we can plan every detail. I handle it all—from curated boutique outfits to ordering the custom cake. Everything is included; you just have to arrive and enjoy the moment.

The Process

As a premier Philadelphia photographer, I’ve carefully curated a luxury portrait experience with busy moms in mind.

01. Design Consultation

Once you are booked, we will discuss your vision and bring every detail together to create a session tailored just for you. As a full-service Philadelphia photographer, I handle every logistical detail so you don’t have to lift a finger. From sourcing custom backdrops to curating boutique props and professional styling, I manage the entire setup to create a luxury experience tailored specifically to your family.

02. Photoshoot Day

Every Philadelphia sitter session or first birthday cake smash begins with ‘rug time’—a gentle warm-up period to ensure your baby feels comfortable and safe in my studio. As an experienced Philadelphia baby photographer, I provide age-appropriate snacks and a sensory-friendly environment to help your little one acclimate. Once the session begins, you can simply sit back and enjoy the milestone while I capture every gummy smile and tiny detail.

03. Viewing and Ordering

Following your portrait session, you will receive access to a private online gallery a zoom call to preview your stunning images. As your professional photographer, I provide a guided image selection process to help you curate your final collection. My goal is to ensure you have a beautiful variety of portraits without feeling overwhelmed, helping you choose the perfect pieces for your home.

Your session includes:

Planning: A private design consultation.
Wardrobe: Full access to my curated studio wardrobe.
The Shoot: A customized, fully guided photoshoot with “rug time” for baby.
The Cake: A custom cake provided for your cake smash.
The Reveal: A guided viewing and ordering session.

My baby's first birthday photo shoot with Diana was as easy as could be. Everything was included in a really reasonable price - outfit, cake for smash and digital images. We just had to show up and have fun. Diana clearly is good with kids. She took time for my daughter to get comfortable and really captured her personality in our pictures. The images were more natural.than I expected from studio images. In the end we had so many good images to choose from. I now have a set of amazing photos to document this milestone for our family.
